First-Time Camper Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to Camp Starfish as a first-time camper family! We look forward to getting your application and to meeting you and your camper soon. We accept and review applications on a rolling basis for first-time applicants. We therefore recommend completing the online camper application (the first part of the process) at your earliest convenience. Click the button to the left to get started, or to learn more about the process of applying step-by-step, see the grid below.

FIRST TIME CAMPERS (ALL PROGRAMS):
	1. Read the Application Guide, which explains the application steps in more detail.
	2. Complete the Camper Application.
	3. Complete the First-Time Camper Questions by logging in to your MyCampMinder account.
	4. Provide this online link* to the Professional Recommendation form to at least 2 individuals outside the home who know your child well: http://tinyurl.com/csfprofessionalrec It is much preferred that professional recommendations are completed online; if the individual does not have access to the web, a paper version can be downloaded by clicking here for school personnel or here for all other professionals.
Please note that you will be required to complete additional paperwork, such as health forms, prior to attendance at camp.
