TEEN & YOUNG ADULT CAMPS
When your teen has extra needs - whether social, emotional, behavioral or learning related - the challenge of finding just the right summer program can feel immense. Hopefully, we can help. Starfish is a place where each person is celebrated for being the individual they are, while at the same time, given space and support to grow their skills and self-esteem.
In our teen and young adult camp programs, we focus on helping campers interact appropriately in social situations, resolve conflicts verbally and peacefully, and build the life skills that will help them confidently advance into their future. We also work on individual goals, all while being active outdoors, exploring their talents and interests and having fun. Starfish is a different kind of summer camp. We're proud to receive frequent feedback that campers are returning home having made great strides. For many, Starfish is the first place where they can truly succeed, and where they make their first real friend.
